Feasibility Study and Site Assessment

If a project site seems well suited for solar and energy storage infrastructure, PCI will evaluate site ownership, requirements for site preparation, regulatory approvals, environmental conditions that affect how much energy you can generate, and other factors that can help decide whether to proceed with development.


The first step in the development is conducting feasibility study to assess project viability and project risk. PCI provides and delivers comprehensive studies, specifically to match individual client goals, generally including:

  • Initial concept design and technology review

  • Land survey, Key environmental and technical constraints survey/review

  • Interconnection options and grid connection feasibility review

  • Initial resource and energy output evaluation

Layout Design and Site Specific Design Optimization

The design and optimization of a renewable or power generation project is generally an iterative process. PCI conducts and arranges site-specific environmental assessment, Drone or GIS mapping, a constructability review, stakeholder engagement, regulatory authority input, public listing and hearing, input from the key component provider. PCI is capable of handling challenging projects and sites with complex environment with sophisticated transmission and interconnection constraints.
